Indian Spring’s financial aid program is designed to make an Indian Springs education possible for all families based on demonstrated financial need and the availability of funds. Indian Springs is proud to use the
Clarity Application to determine a family’s level of financial need based on the information that families share in the application, which includes assets, income, expenses, and debts.
To get started, please go to the
Clarity Application and create an account. The application typically takes less than 30 minutes to complete. The Clarity Application is also mobile-friendly so you can complete it from anywhere. You are also able to save your progress and return at any time. At the end of the application, there is a $60 fee to submit, and you can share your application with additional schools that accept the Clarity Application for no additional charge. Simply use the dropdown menu in the application to select those schools.
Please remember to return to your dashboard after you complete and submit your Clarity Application, as Indian Springs requires you to upload additional tax documentation.
The deadline for completing the financial aid application, including relevant supplemental documents, is December 1, 2025, for returning families, January 24, 2026, for new day families, and January 31, 2026, for new boarding families.
If you need support during the process of completing your application, there is in-app support available through the “Help” button in the bottom left of the screen, as well as email and phone support at
support@claritytuition.com or 206-210-3752 in both English and Spanish. The application itself is also fully translated into Spanish.
In addition to the clarity application, Alabama residents requesting financial aid are expected to apply for a CHOOSE Act award. CHOOSE Act applications go live on January 2, 2026. Choose Act applications — including all required supporting documentation — must be submitted to the Alabama Department of Revenue (ADOR) no later than March 31, 2026 in order to be considered for an award. Eligibility for CHOOSE Act awards will be determined by the ADOR.
Please note that financial aid awards that may be offset by CHOOSE Act funding are contingent upon the timely submission of a completed CHOOSE Act application by March 31, 2026.
While the CHOOSE Act application portal remains open until April 7, families should plan to begin the application process early to ensure there is adequate time to gather and submit all required documentation by March 31. In most cases, families may use their most recently filed federal tax return (for example, 2024) when completing the CHOOSE Act application, so there is no need to wait until your 2025 taxes are filed in order to begin.
