Students Take Part in National School Walkout

Springs students and faculty members poured out of classrooms at 10 a.m. Wednesday to join schools across the country in the National School Walkout, an impassioned protest against gun violence.

Organized and led by students, the 18-minute demonstration commemorated the 17 victims of the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shooting one month ago and the Birmingham victim of the Huffman High School shooting last week.
