Students Receive Junior Classical League Awards

Indian Springs students claimed eight awards at the 2019 Alabama Junior Classical League Convention, held on March 1 and 2 at Samford University:

2nd Place, Roman History (Level I)
2nd Place, Reading Comprehension (Level I)

2nd Place, Reading Comprehension (Level I)

John Slaughter '20
3rd Place, Mythology Bee

The Indian Springs team of Alex Forbes '21, John Slaughter ’20, Jack Swanner ’21, and Frank Zhao '22 also placed third in the Certamen (classical scholars bowl) Finals.
