Taylor Docking

Director of Enrollment Management
Taylor Docking joined the staff at Indian Springs in 2021 as Director of Enrollment Management. Taylor previously worked at Cranbrook Schools in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan where he served as Associate Dean of Upper School Admissions/Director of International Enrollment, a psychology and public policy teacher, and a dorm parent. Prior to joining Cranbrook Schools, Taylor taught in the Teach For America program in Chicago, Illinois and started a non-profit that helped create pathways for low-income high school students to attend small, private liberal arts colleges. Taylor received his bachelor’s degree in history and literature from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri and earned a Master of Public Policy from the University of Chicago. He and his wife Kim live on campus and are so excited to be a part of the Indian Springs community.
