Mike Rowlett

Director of Residential Life
Mike Rowlett joined the staff at Indian Springs in 2021 as part of our admission department, working specifically with our boarding families as assistant director of admission for boarding enrollment. Mike previously spent time at Hillside School in Massachusetts as a middle school science teacher and assistant athletic director. He has over 10 years of experience working with summer camps, where he worked in many different roles, including head counselor, coach, and human resources. He holds a bachelor's degree from Colorado State University and a master's degree from Ohio University. Mike was named Director of Residential Life in 2025 and will continue his role as Indian Springs baseball coach. He resides on campus with his wife, Leah.
