Elise Picard ’23 Medals at Indoor Track State Championships

2/15/2022

Indian Springs runner Elise Picard '23 qualified for the AHSAA Class 4A-5A indoor track state championships on February 4-5 after finishing first in the 1600m at the JV Meet #2. She reached the podium with a third-place finish in the 3200m with a personal best time of 11:47.06. She finished fourth in the 1600m with a second personal best of the day, 5:27.67.

Elise also competes in outdoor track and field and cross country. Last year, she finished 12th in the state for the outdoor track and field 1600m with a time of 5:50.

Sohana Caplash '25 and Charlie Wilder '23 also competed in indoor track this season. All meets, events, and times are listed below.
