John Green '95: Valuing a 'Community of Learners'

Author of Looking for Alaska, Paper Towns, The Fault in Our Stars, and other young adult fiction, Green has received the Printz Medal, a Printz Honor, and the Edgar Award. He has been a finalist for the Los Angeles Times Book Prize twice and in 2014 was selected by TIME magazine as one of the 100 Most Influential People in the World.

He and his brother, Hank, cofounded the popular YouTube video blog channels Vlogbrothers and CrashCourse. Green has millions of followers on Twitter (@johngreen) and Instagram (@johngreenwritesbooks). He graduated from Indian Springs School in 1995.
