Olivia Honeycutt '22 Wins Birmingham Oratorical Contest

Indian Springs junior Olivia Honeycutt ’22 won first place in the Optimist Club of Birmingham’s Oratorical Contest and was awarded a scholarship of $300.

Optimist International is one of the world’s largest club service organizations with over 80,000 members. Its Oratorical Contest invites youth to write and deliver speeches on a pre-assigned topic. This year’s topic was “Healing the World with Optimism.”
