Personal Note"I did not attend Springs, but the three most important people in my life—my husband and two children—thrived, learned, and made enduring friendships at this school. All three were well prepared for college and beyond and were emboldened to find their own paths in no small part owing to the knowledge, skills, and confidence they acquired here. Indian Springs is one of those rare schools that actually lives its mission and honors what makes it unique. Serving on its Board of Governors is a way for me to express my gratitude to the Springs faculty and staff and to help ensure the continuing availability of this remarkable resource to students in future generations. (Serving on the Board also means I’ll be paying regular visits to those chickens in the Fertile Minds Learning Garden again.)"
