Boys Take Runner-Up at Tip-Off Classic
Springs’ Varsity Boys Basketball Team claimed runner-up at the Indian Springs Tip-Off Classic on Nov. 19 after defeating Victory Christian 52-32.
Dewey Wilbanks ’17 led the team with 23 points, 4 steals, and 5 rebounds. Evan Dascher ’18 chipped in 9 points, and Zak Heino ’17 added 7 points.
While the team came up just short in the championship game, falling to Holy Spirit, Wilbanks and Dascher were named to the all-tournament team.
