Parents are welcome at school activities and events, and we encourage you to join us for athletic competitions, theater productions and choir performances. Refer to the Academic Year and Athletic calendars for details of these and other student events.
In addition, events are held throughout the year especially for parents. These include the New Parents Welcome Dinner & Meeting and Parents’ Day, Parent/Teacher Conference Day and potluck dinners for each grade level throughout the fall months.

Parent's Open Forum - Reception and welcome in Town Hall. Background music will be performed by a faculty member. At that time there will be an opportunity to note on index any suggestions or topic you would like to discuss. Afterward, you may attend one of two mini-lectures delivered by two talented faculty members. After parents have experienced the classroom, the group will reconvene and discuss the suggested topics, as time allows. |

Potluck Dinners
Potluck dinners are covered-dish suppers for parents only, except for seniors, who are also included in the senior potluck. These events allow parents in each grade to get acquainted in an informal setting. Parents will receive a personal invitation to their grades potluck dinner with the time and directions.

Open Forums
Twice a year the Parents' Association hosts Open Forums for parents to meet with Director Lee Pierson and other administrators. Discussions revolve around the topics and questions that parents bring to the meetings. The first Open Forum is scheduled for Tuesday, October 16 at 7:00 p.m. in the Dining Hall.
