Indian Springs School offers a superb work environment, reflecting the unique relationship that exists on campus between our students, the faculty and staff, and the administration.  Average faculty tenure is 15 years, and most of our faculty live on campus.  When a position becomes open, the school seeks candidates whose experience is in keeping with the tradition of excellence at Indian Springs.

Summer Faculty Positions

Summer Residential Fellows
Indian Springs School invites applications for two Residential Fellows for July 9-August 5. Duties include:
1. Living in the dormitories for the duration of the English Language Institute.
2. Developing afternoon activities for the students on campus after classes.
3. Assisting with transportation of students.
4. Attending weekend excursions.
5. Assisting program administrators with work as necessary.

Compensation includes room, board, meals, and a $1,200 stipend.

Successful applicants will be at least 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license. Advanced undergraduates and graduate students with interest in teaching at independent boarding schools are especially encouraged to apply.

Send a resume, cover letter expressing your qualifications and interest in the position, and names and contact information for three references to Douglas Ray at dray@indiansprings.org. Review of applications begins immediately and will continue until filled.

Additionally, Residential Fellows have the opportunity to propose and teach an enrichment course (either one-week or two-weeks in duration) during their residency to day students. More information on this opportunity will be available during the interview process.
