Expectations

Indian Springs School is nationally known for its academic excellence. Our graduates have gained the skills, knowledge and personal strengths that enable them to do outstanding work at colleges all over the country. We do not expect every student to be a genius, but we do expect our students to be interested in school work and motivated to perform well. Beyond the classroom, we expect that our students will participate in our Town Hall form of student government and will make an effort to be involved in sports, performances, clubs and community service. Students who meet these expectations make the most of the great opportunities available at ISS.

Our requirements for graduation include: 4 years of English, 3 years of math (Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II, Trigonometry), 3 years of history, 3 years of a foreign language, 3 years of science, 2½ years of P.E., and a semester each of art and music.
